Overhard Archer Weave, Extended Arm Switches
The overhand archer has the poi artist take on a pose as if they are shooting a bow an arrow. In that position with the hands maintaining a separation, the artist performs a 3 beat weave, and in this lesson, switches the arm that is extended between the left and right arms.
